Bowlin employees may ask an applicant only about conviction information during the applicant’s interview or final interview if the applicant is interviewed more than once. Bowlin does not base employment decisions on arrest history. However, Bowlin's could disqualify an applicant who has certain criminal history from employment in particular positions.
