Please list a few dates that you may want to do your session. If not sure, please let me know if you'd prefer a weekday or a weekend session and in which month.

What kind of location are you envisioning your session to be photographed at? Please describe (rustic, urban, flowers, fields, barns etc.)

Tell me about the people being photographed! What's your story? For adults, what do you like to do for fun? For kids, tell me what is their favorite game to play/tv show/toy. This will help me with getting everyone to warm up and have a great session!

Tell me your plans for the session images. For instance, are you looking to decorate your home with prints, or maybe enjoy them in a coffee table book or session album? Are you looking for any particular products, i.e. canvases, storyboards, wall collections? This information will be helpful in customizing your session.

Which products are you interested in? This will help me tailor your session to the products that you are wanting to order. PLEASE NOTE - Prints/Products/Digital Images are purchased separately unless noted otherwise in your invoice. All items will include additional sales tax.

Portrait Agreement: The session fee for Portrait Sessions and Newborn Sessions covers the following: Up to 1 hour of coverage on your session date (or 2-4 hours for Newborns) for immediate family members only (up to 6 people). Extended family members may be added at an additional cost of $10 for each person. ALL PRODUCTS/DIGITAL IMAGES are purchased separately unless otherwise noted in packages. Session fee covers that Post-session custom image preparation with attention to each image. • 30-60+ images (for portrait sessions) or 15-40+ (for newborn sessions) presented to you in your Online Gallery• In order to hold your session date, your session fee must be received within seven days of submitting this agreement. Your session fee is non-refundable but Tosha will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances; please notify Tosha at least 48 hours before your session if you must reschedule. • If the weather is not agreeable on the day of the session, we will reschedule to another date. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, Tosha will notify you a day or two before the session. *Travel Fee: Please note, over 30 miles drive (both ways). Travel fee of $75 per hour. Please note that the use of cameras (including cell phones) other than the photographer’s is prohibited during your session. • Images will be available approximately 1-3 weeks after your session and will be presented to you in your online gallery that you are encouraged to share with your friends and family. • Payment of your portrait order is due in full when you place the order. All portraits will be ready for you approximately 2-4 weeks after payment is received. • Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Tosha does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and wants you to be more than pleased with your heirloom images.

Model Release: By agreeing to this optional model release, you grant Tosha Lynn Photography permission to use images from this session in Tosha’s portfolio, website, marketing materials, magazine ads, and displays. Tosha will contact you if any image from this session is used for any purpose other than her website portfolio.

Copyright: All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Tosha Lynn Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner. Please respect Tosha’s livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist Tosha wishes to have control over the final look of her client’s images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image
