I/We wish to have a live performance at the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show:

All live performances must be approved by trade show management.
Live performances must not violate the restrictions applicable.
Live performances must meet the acceptable sound levels listed in the Rules and Regulations section of the service kit. Upon approval, you will be notified in writing.
