    This means you must enter the birthdate on your child's birth certificate.

    $10 Late Fee starts on April 8th

    • Each family needs to sign up for 1 (one) game slot or buy out for $30 per family. Need more info, click here. If yes, please click the link and sign-up. It is OK to change your date later.  NEW this year: Concession will be paid for up front and refunded when you work & sign the log.

      Every player needs to participate in Tag Days. Information will be passed out by your team coach.

    • Mandatory Parent Meeting & Try-outs

      There is a mandatory parent meeting on Tues. April 14th 7pm at Denti Elementary School. While it is prefered that a parent attend, it is ok to send someone over 18 to represent you. i.e. Grandparent, Aunt/Uncle, Sibling.

      Try-outs are for 12u & 16u ONLY! If you are new to the League or moving up to a new age group, your child needs to attend try-outs so the coaches can see who they are drafting NOT for cutting your child.

      In addition to this new registration form, we are also changing to a new email service.
      Everyone NEEDS to fill out the form or you will not get any emails.
      You can find the form by going to RomeGirlsSoftball.org then clicking on the "Sign-up for Newletters" tab.  The link the the email form can also be found in the confirmation email you receive when you completee this form.

      When you are filling out the email form, make sure you check at least 1 check box in each of the last 3 questions, including the answer of "local"

      If your check is not cashed by April 6th, you may get confirmation of receipt of check by emailing:  webmaster@romegirlssoftball.org

      Please include your child's full name in the memo as you have her registered.

      This is no April's Fool, if we don't receive your check by April 6th, you will be considered incomplete.  You therefore maybe left out of the draft, and NOT placed on a team till YOU make arrangments to pay us.

    • The scheduled in-person LATE registration dates are April 8th & 9th.

      Important note about playing on more than one team:

      If your child that is playing on more than 1 team AND has (a) sister(s), please continue and enter them now.

      If you are ready to register your SAME child for a second team, STOP!
      You must "pay" now, and then start again as if you are registering your "first" child.
