  • Vendor Space Information:

    • Exhibitions times will be from 8 am to 5:00 pm on March 5 & 6, 2026 and 8 am to 11:00 am on March 7, 2026.
    • Vendor setup will begin on March 4, 2026 from 1pm to 6pm in the designated area. 

    • Breakdown will be on March 7, 2026 before 1pm.

    • Vendors will have an assigned table number which will be provided to them prior to the conference. Please do not move tables without consent from the conference chair.

    • Please clean up designated area(s) at the end of the event and abide by guidelines.

    • Full payment must be received no later than 5 PM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

    Hotel lodging IS NOT included with vendor package, and it will be the responsibility of the individual to obtain their own lodging.  See TABPHE website for lodging availabilities.
