Vendor Space Information:
- Exhibitions times will be from 8 am to 5:30 om on February 17, 2025 and February 18, 2025.
- Vendor setup will begin on February 16, 2025, from 3 pm – 10 pm in the pre function area.
- Breakdown will be on February 19, 2025 before 10 am.
- Vendors will have an assigned table number which will be provided to them prior to the conference.
- Please clean up designated area(s) at the end of the event and abide by guidelines.
- Full payment must be received no later than 5 PM on Wednesday, January 31, 2025.
Hotel lodging IS NOT included with vendor package, and it will be the responsibility of the individual to obtain their own lodging. Parking is $10 per night at the hotel. See TABPHE website for lodging availabilities.
