Location: Memorial Hall, McNamara Alumni Center. Date: August 7
The 2025 Summer Undergraduate Research Expo comprises two poster sessions. Schedule as follows:

8:45-9:20 AM - Poster set-up for the morning session

9:20 - Opening Remarks

9:30 - 11:30 *Morning Poster Session (Life Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences presenting)

2:00 - Poster Setup for afternoon session

2:30 - 4:30 PM *Afternoon Session (Physical Sciences and Engineering presenting)

* If you are unsure which poster session to register for, ask your program director

Posters can be in portrait or landscape orientation but may not exceed 46" in either dimension (44" max recommended)
