Belmont University recognizes the value of partnering with external organizations and agencies for programming that is aligned with the goals and missions of the institution. The Office of Strategic Venues & Event Services seeks to support these efforts and the Univerity's aspirational aim by providing access to institutional spaces for convening whenever possible. This questionaire has been created for the purpose of quantifying costs associated with discounts offered to external organizations strategically connected to the Belmont community.
Any reduction to event-associated fees on behalf of an external organization must receive prior approval from the Office of Strategic Venues and Event Services or the Waived/Reduced Rental Evaluation Committee, comprised of representatives from the University’s Administration (EVP for Administration & Chief of Staff), Academia (EVP of Academic Excellence & Provost), and Office of Strategic Venues & Event Services (VP of Imagination/Strategic Initiatives/Partnerships, AVP of Strategic Venues/Events, and Senior Director of Event Services).
The Office of Strategic Venues & Event Services recognizes there are many important partnerships and vital connections that serve our dynamic campus community. As determined upon review of this survey, discounts on facility license fees and cost recovery charges will be made based on the value of the partnership to the institution in conjunction with the Office of Strategic Venues & Event Services's capacity to support the endeavor. Please note that completion of this form in no way guarantees approval for a reduction of facility license fees or other associated charges.
