    The Herbert C. Gabhart Chapel in the Janet Ayers Academic Center is available to host wedding ceremonies on Belmont University’s campus. All requests for weddings require the client to complete this form. Weddings may be reserved a maximum of six months in advance.

    Please review the Belmont University Wedding Policy to ensure proper compliance with all policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding hosting your wedding on campus.

    In an effort to streamline communications, the Office of Event Services will be in contact solely with the person indicated below to discuss the availability of your request. Please indicate the name and contact information of who you would like us to contact to discuss this information.

  • CEREMONY INFORMATION

    The chapel may be booked for weddings provided there are no conflicts with normal University programming. The chapel will be closed on all national and school holiday weekends and select University events.

  • WEDDING RECEPTION

    The conference room on the 4th floor of the Janet Ayers Academic Center is available to book for wedding receptions, pending availability. Pricing and booking of this space differs from that of the chapel and is subject to the timeline as outlined by the University’s scheduling timetable.

  • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Upon submission and review of this reservation form, the Office of Event Services will be in communication with the designated contact regarding availability and reservation of the chapel. Please contact weddings@belmont.edu if you need to make any changes or adjustments following the submission of this form.

    ** Please note: Submitting this reservation form is not a confirmation of your reservation. A signed contract must be received by the Office of Event Services before any reservations can be confirmed. The rental fee is due and shall be paid in full at the time the contract is signed. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis and will not be confirmed without full payment.
