CEREMONY INFORMATION

The chapel may be booked for weddings provided there are no conflicts with normal University programming. The chapel will be closed on all national and school holiday weekends and select University events.

WEDDING RECEPTION

The conference room on the 4^th floor of the Janet Ayers Academic Center is available to book for wedding receptions, pending availability. Pricing and booking of this space differs from that of the chapel and is subject to the timeline as outlined by the University’s scheduling timetable.

** Please note: Submitting this reservation form is not a confirmation of your reservation. A signed contract must be received by the Office of Event Services before any reservations can be confirmed. The rental fee is due and shall be paid in full at the time the contract is signed. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis and will not be confirmed without full payment.
