Tee It Up for the Troops provides grants to approved 501(c)(3) organizations that support past and present military personnel and their families, and whose missions align with our organization.

We have identified the following core pillars as our primary areas of support. All grant requests are evaluated with priority given to those that align with one or more of these veteran focus areas.

National Grants

National grants are awarded directly by Tee It Up for the Troops from our central grant fund. These funds are not connected to any specific local fundraising event and are distributed based on alignment with our mission and pillars.

To be considered for a national grant in the current year, applications must meet the following criteria:

Be in existence for at least one full year
Have an approved 501(c) status
Generate a minimum of $150,000 in revenue (3-year average)
Be submitted by April 1st

Approved national grants will be disbursed by the end of the third quarter. Any national grants received after the April 1st deadline will be reviewed and considered for the following year.

We receive many worthy applications and regret that we are unable to respond individually to all applicants. Only those selected for funding will be contacted.

Event Grants

Event Grants are funded by proceeds from a specific Tee It Up for the Troops fundraising event. To be eligible, your organization must have an established connection with the event leader, who has chosen to direct a portion of the event’s proceeds to support your mission.

To qualify for an event grant, you must:

Be associated with a specific Tee It Up for the Troops Event
Be in existence for at least one year
Have a 501(c) status
Been in contact with event leader
Complete & Submit the grant application below

Time-Sensitive Grants

To qualify for an urgent or time-sensitive grant, you must:

Received a previous grant from Tee It Up for the Troops
