Order Process
Please fill in the order form to place an order with us.
DEFG Malaysia takes all reasonable care, in so far as possible, to keep your information confidential and protected, but in the absence of negligence on our part we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any personal information.
We answer and reply all, and will usually reply all emails and messages as soon as possible. However, please allow up to 48 hours to get back to you. If you have not received any reply timely, please do not hesitate to contact us again. This may due to incorrect email or invalid, or SPAM filtered. Therefore, please also check your SPAM/JUNK/OTHER INBOX if possible.
Upon sending the email, your order will be taken to have been accepted by us unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of your orders (or parts of your orders) may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons.
- A Product you ordered is out of stock.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payments.
- We have identified an error informations.
- There is a system or procurement failure.
- You failed to confirm your order with us.
Please ensure that you provide us the complete and accurate informations including your delivery address, contact number and name of recipient.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel the order before payment, kindly acknowledge us by sending us an email with your order details submitted. However, no cancellation are allow once payment is done.
Product Availability
Products are subject to availability so once a product has sold out it will be stated out of stock as there is a delay between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order and payment is accepted. However, we will always notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock product.
We will refund to you the original purchase price for your order, provided that if we are unable to provide you the products.
Payment Policy
We only accept advance payment through Cash Terms. Cash deposit (ATM/Counter), and Internet Banking (Funds Transfer, IGB/GIRO). Full payment are required before orders will be shipped.
*No refund for additional balance, kindly pay the exact amount. *Exact amount can be made via Counter/Online Transfer.
Please note that refund is not allow once payment done. Products that has been dispatched or delivered are not returnable and exchangable.
To expedite your order, please inform us once payment done and kindly email us the proof of payment slip. Kindly fill in the recipient reference section with YOUR EMAIL or YOUR NAME as per order form for us to recognize/confirm your payment easier and faster.
Shipping/Delivery Policy
We will be shipping on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (Except Public Holiday)*
**Pos Office is closed on every 1st Saturday of the month;
** We will ship out accordingly once payment is confirmed or received.
** We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.
Shipment will be arrange on the next following shipping day if we are unable to ship on the shipping day. Kindly allow within 3 working days for the arrival of parcels.
Tracking number will be given once your parcels has been shipped/picked up.
Kindly be noted, someone have to be at the correspondent address to receive the parcel delivered by Pos Laju. Delivery of your orders may take longer during peak or busy periods.

Self-Collection
We appreciate and thank you for your understanding on our self-collection terms which is based on appointment basis and depending on our availability of location and time. If you would like to request for self-collection, please fill in the order form and select the self-collect method.
