Job Description - Cabinet Director
The Cabinet Director's work includes but is not limited to:
-Attending all chair briefings
-Managing their National Crisis Team
-Assisting in the training of their National Crisis Team
-Meeting all deadlines
-Ensuring a high academic level of work
-Maintaining open lines of communication (E-mail or Facebook)
For this position we are looking for people with previous crisis experience or very promising individuals in the MUN world.
We expect promising candidates to turn in a well thought out crisis scenario to help us get to know their level of work and research. These proposals will be discussed when deciding what the final crisis will look like. We encourage you to be creative and think outside the box. Please limit proposals to under 2 pages. These proposals should outline the different cabinets, their relationship to one another as they traverse the scenarios, as well as the scenario itself.
Cabinet Directors are naturally part of the chairing team and therefore receive free entrance to the conference. Additionally their Social Packs will be covered by the hosting conference.
Individuals not meeting our demands and standards will be removed from the team and any and all damages incurred by this dismissal will be covered by the individual. Additionally, all members of the chairing team are expected to meet all demands and standards required of our delegates.
