Please only fill out this form if your club was ratified or renewed with the YFS for the 2025/2026 academic year. If your club was not renewed with the YFS for the 2025/2026 academic year, please visit www.yfs.ca/forms and fill out the YFS Clubs Ratification form.
As per the YFS Clubs Ratification Policy, all clubs are required to submit elections results promptly after an election. Please fill out the form below, including a detailed breakdown of your elections processes from nominations (must include mention of the Chief Returning Officer), to campaigning, to voting. Please also include a brief description of your club, your club logo and your club's social media links so that your club contact information can be added to the YFS Clubs Directory.
After submitting the form, you should see a message on the page telling you that the form was submitted successfully. In addition, you will receive an automatic submission confirmation to the e-mail you've listed on the form if it was submitted successfully. Please make sure to disable security protection when submitting the form.
When your Club Renewal is approved, you will receive an additional email from the YFS Office. Please note that it will take up to 1 to 2 weeks for your club to receive a renewal confirmation email.
