  • Thank you for visiting the YFS Club Renewal application form!

    Please only fill out this form if your club is new or was NOT renewed with the YFS for the 2025/2026 academic year. If your club was renewed with the YFS for the 2025/2026 academic year, please fill out the YFS Club Renewal form. Ensure to submit all documents in PDF format.

    After submitting the form, you should see a message on the page telling you that the form was submitted successfully. 

    When your Club Ratification is approved, you will be notified through Rubric.

  • All clubs are required to have two (2) Signing Authorities. The number of Executives each club may have is at the discretion of the club.

An alternative to providing all the information in this section is to upload a document from the bank, showing the name of the bank account.

     

    NOTE: If your club is new and does not have a a bank account, you do not need to provide this information at this time.

To have your club listed on the YFS Clubs Directory, attach your club logo, provide a brief description of your club and list where the club can be found online, in the sections provided below.     I HAVE READ THE YFS CLUBS RATIFICATION POLICY AND THE YFS CLUBS FUNDING POLICY. I HAVE GIVEN COMPLETE AND TRUE INFORMATION ON THIS FORM. I UNDERSTAND THAT IF THE INFORMATION ON THIS APPLICATION IS FOUND TO BE UNTRUE OR INTENTIONALLY MISREPRESENTED, THE CLUB CAN BE PUT ON PROBATION AND UNABLE TO ACCESS YFS cLUBS SERVICES. AS A SIGNING AUTHORITY OF THE CLUB I REPRESENT, I UNDERSTAND THAT THE CLUB IS REQUIRED TO FOLLOW YFS RESOLUTIONS, POLICIES AND BY-LAWS AS PERTAINING TO CLUBS. I WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE HARASSMENT OR DISCRIMINATION. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ORGANIZATION I REPRESENT MAY BE DE-RATIFIED AND LOSE ASSOCIATED PRIVILEGES UPON A BREACH OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED REGULATIONS.
