1. Brand Promotions (I) Pvt. Ltd, in its sole discretion, have full right to select or reject any entry or disqualify any participant from ‘Bustlemania’, without giving any reasons whatsoever and may decide whether or not a replacement should or would be selected.
2. In case of a replacement, the substitute participant shall be selected under the same Rules and criteria as the original contestants and shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions.
3. No adverts, no religious act, no political slogans, no foul language etc are allowed during the entire event.
4. The organizer will not be providing the cycles, skateboards or any other props.
5. Brand Promotions (I) Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the participants while participating in the event.
6. Brand Promotions (I) Pvt. Ltd will not be responsible for any injuries occurring during the event.
7. Participant will be solely eligible to bear the cost for the damage occurred during the act by him/her and Brand Promotions will not be responsible to bear the cost of damage.
8. Participants are responsible for bringing and wearing their own safety gears throughout any performance.
9. The artists for graffiti will be allotted canvases and get their paint kit at the registration desk.
10. BMX/ Skateboarding are individual events and for BBoying and Graffiti team should comprise of maximum 5 members each. Participants are even entitled to participate alone, in case, you don’t require team.
11. Participants will have to carry their ID proof (College ID, Office ID etc.)
12. Volunteers will guide participants at the venue and will assist them when needed.
13. Graffiti participants are only allowed to sign their creation of not more than 4 inches and it should be on the bottom right hand side after the complete paint.
14. You are not allowed to litter around the venue & ensure that you keep the surroundings clean.
15. Participants of ‘Bustlemania’ have volunteered to participate & have not been forced or influenced & will put in their best creative output to paint the canvas beautifully as per the theme provided.
16. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of the event, the decision of Brand Promotions (I) Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding on all concerned.
17. All disputes shall be subjected to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
18. The Certificate of Participation should be collected from registration desk after the event or from the Brand Promotion’s Head Office, Vikhroli.
19. Failure by Brand Promotions (I) Pvt. Ltd to enforce any of these Rules in any instance(s) shall not give rise to any claim by any person, living or dead.
20. Brand Promotions (I) Pvt. Ltd, in its absolute discretion reserves the right at any time, without giving any previous notice to the participants, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms & conditions, wholly or in part, or to withdraw the event.
21. Participants may be required by Brand Promotions (I) Pvt. Ltd to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledge that Brand Promotions (I) Pvt. Ltd has the absolute and exclusive right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it may deem fit without any consideration or payment of similar nature to such participants.
22. Brand Promotions (I) Pvt. Ltd in its absolute discretion have the exclusive right to all paintings done by the participants & can publicize, promote, sell, broadcast or otherwise & also disclose the participant's name, character, likeness, statements or any recording of the painting or art in advertising or promotional activities concerning this program, now or any time later or generally.
24. Apart from the mentioned gratification, nothing else will be provided to the winner.
25. Participation in the event implies acceptance of all the terms & conditions associated with the event.
