Please note: the entertainment venue where you will be performing is outdoors. Below please include your booking fee requirements and a color picture/photo of yourself to be used for promotional purposes for the event if you are selected (300 dpi jpeg minimum – 8x10).

All submitted material becomes the property of Delaware Pride, Inc. and will not be returned.

By agreeing to perform, the Artist/Performer acknowledges that there will be media, photographers, video and other documentation systems on the site and Delaware Pride, Inc. cannot be held responsible for the use and re-use of any images taken. Delaware Pride, Inc. reserves the right to use any and all images it controls for the future advertising and promotion, with no compensation to the Artist/Performer. By agreeing this application you are agreeing to these terms and this will be understood as your media consent/release form. If selected as an Entertainer for the Annual Delaware Pride Festival you will also be required to sign an entertainment contract.
