Health or Medical Insurance covers the Hospital or Doctor Bills but in the event of Injury or illness, Aflac pays your employee cash so they can pay their bills and keep themselves and their families financially secure. Doesn’t that sound like a great employee benefit since it costs the company nothing to offer?
