Payment Details

All checks and/or money orders should be made payable to MG Property Management.

The estoppel fee $275.00.

If you would like your estoppel expedited, the fee is $375.00 and your estoppel will be sent within a 24-hour period (not including weekends and holidays).

Please mail the completed estoppel request form and check to: 3049 N Federal Highway, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33306. Payment must accompany your completed estoppel request form before it can be processed.
