PROCEDURE TO FILL UP THE FORM

# Please select the course you want to apply for.

# Then please provide the details as asked in the application forms.

# The Mandatory details are marked with RED star marks (*). Compulsory to be filled in or else the form won’t get submitted.

# Please provide the details as asked in the Payment Advice Form. For Demand Draft fill individual details and for Online Payment through Net Banking, Debit Card and Credit Card please click the Online Payment Button and after payment please provide individual details as asked.

# After filling up the application form, complete the Captcha process and click on the E-mail Verification Button with a valid E-mail ID. A form verification ID will be provided to you over E-mail.

# After clicking on the Submit Button, you will get an Email with your filled-in Application Form & Payment Advice Form.

# Finally print the Application Form and stitch / staple it and send it to the following address.

Important Dates
Application form availability: 31st September, 2015

Last Date of Submission: 31st December, 2015

Last Date of GD & PI: 1st Week of January, 2016

Venue: ASBM Campus, Shiksha Vihar, Bhola, Chandaka, Bhubaneswar

Acknowledgement
All Online Forms received will be scanned / validated within 7 days from the last date of registration and the Form Numbers of eligible candidates will be available on website and will also be intimated over E-mail.

Further, your form will be scrutinized and if found in order; it will be provisionally registered.

Online Registration Form received later than the due date is liable to be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

All provisionally registered candidates can download their GD & PI Admit Card from ASBM website 7 days before the test date.

A Specific Admit Card will be generated for the candidates and will be E-mailed.

Admit Card would be having Candidate Name, Form No, Roll No, GD&PI Date, GD&PI Time and GD&PI Venue Address. Candidate has to strictly follow the date and time allotted to them.

No request for change of date and time slot can be entertained.

No separate Admit Card will be issued or dispatched.
