The undersigned "Participant", in consideration of participating in paintball games and activities at a site organized and maintained by Seattle Paintball LLC, agrees as follows:

Paintball has inherent risks for each participant. The Participant understands that unmarked obstacles exist. The Participant understands the facility takes pictures, video and audio recording throughout the facility. These photographs/videos/audios will remain the property of Seattle Paintball and may be used in advertising or marketing campaigns on Seattle paintballs websites, and for promotional and informational material including, but not limited to, flyers, brochures, newsletters, emails, advertisements, newspaper articles, TV or cable interviews/promotions.

The Participant agrees to release Seattle- Paintball LLC, its officers, shareholders, members, employees and directors, from any liability or injury to the Participant as a result of paintball activities, games, or events engaged in by Participant at the paintball site operated by Seattle Paintball LLC. Participant has read, understands, and agrees to abide by the rules set forth by Seattle Paintball LLC. Participant understands that paintball may require strenuous activity. Participant warrants that, to the best of Participants knowledge, Participant is in good health and able to engage in paintball activities without endangering Participant’s health or wellbeing.

RULES

Listen to your referee. Shoot your marker only in the shooting zone. You must wear mask when outside of the safety area. Barrel bags must always be on markers except when in the shooting area.No shooting within 15 feet of your opponent. (Mandatory mercy kill).No climbing anything. No Alcohol or illegal drug use. If, in our opinion, you are impaired, you will not be allowed to stay. No swearing or foul language. Use Good Judgment. Please be considerate of others. (Golden Rule) HAVE FUN!

I am familiar with the health status of the Participant, and believe that he or she may engage in paintball activities without endangering Participant’s health or wellbeing. I consent to Participant engaging in paintball activities at Seattle Paintball LLC’s facility. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seattle Paintball LLC from any injury or liability to Participant.
