Fur Fun Adoption Application

Thank you for considering adopting a dog from Fur Fun Rescue. There are a few things we would like to share with you before you fill out the application:

Your application will be reviewed within 24 hours of receiving it.
You must be 21 years or older to adopt.

All pets in the home must be up to date on vaccinations and spayed or neutered. Current dogs must be heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative. A veterinary check will be done before the application is considered.

A background check will be done on all adults in the home.
A home visit will be done prior to completing the adoption to ensure it is a safe, secure environment. It is required that all members of your household be present for the home visit. This helps to try and insure a good match for the dog, the applicant's family, and any current pets.
All of our animals will be placed in INDOOR homes only. We do not adopt to a home where the dog will be living in a kennel outside or any other outside environment.

Fur Fun Rescue reserves the right to deny an application for any reason.
