    MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

    When it comes to growth, having a good mentor is a vital component in career development. Within the Armenian Professional Society we see great value in  mentorship. The primary goal of our mentorship program is to connect undergraduate students, graduate students, or new professionals, with  an established mentor within same/similar career fields. As a Mentee, you will learn from the experience and knowledge of your mentor to get insight and help with your career development and succes.

  • Mentee Agreement

  • In order to qualify to be a mentee in The Armenian Professional Society's Mentorship Program we ask that you  meet the following requirements:

    • Be an undergraduate, graduate, or young professional with less than 5 years of experience
    • Be willing to communicate at least once a month with an assigned mentor
    • Complete a skills evaluation prior to the start of the program
    • Maintain communication with the APS Mentorship Director throughout the process to ensure all program goals are met
