This form must be filled out and submitted to the FRVTA State Office prior to exhibitor move-in. Without this information on file, your company WILL NOT be allowed to set their display.

The authorized representative is named as the person that is responsible for company display during the show and after show hours if needed. This person will also be the liaison between Show Management and Exhibitor. However, in the case that the Authorized Rep can not be reached, please name a second contact as Emergency Contact.

By signing below you acknowledge that you and staff working the show have read the Exhibitor’s Manual and agree to abide by all rules and regulations as set forth for the purposes of the Florida RV SuperShow.
