For and in consideration of a set fee to Owner as specified on client invoice, Fetch! Pet Care agrees to provide loving care for the pets specified in such Work Order. Such care to include, but not be limited to, the following: pet care, watering plants as necessary, collecting mail/paper, rotating lights and blinds, and medications as noted on Fetch! Pet Care’s Work Order. Additional fees may be charged by Fetch! Pet Care to Owner for additional services requested by Owner and noted on client invoice. There will be an additional late-night charge of $10.00 for requested visits after 9:00 P.M. Emergency calls between Midnight and 6:00 A.M. will be at DOUBLE the listed per visit rate regardless of the cause of the emergency. Owner will provide all food and supplies. Fetch! Pet Care reserves the right to purchase additional food and/or supplies for pet(s) if needed. Owner agrees to reimburse Fetch! Pet Care for said additional food and/or supplies which may require Fetch! Pet Care charging the credit/debit card listed on Owner’s account.
CONTINUING OBLIGATIONS:
It is understood and agreed between Owner and Fetch! Pet Care that this agreement contemplates that Owner will be in need of Fetch! Pet Care’s services from time to time in the future, and it is further understood and agreed that the obligations and covenants contained herein shall apply to each provision of services in the future, without the need of entering into another agreement, unless altered in writing and signed by the parties herein. A new agreement must be executed if Owner moves. Owner will be notified of any price changes prior to new bookings by mail, phone or email as appropriate.
It is also hereby agreed that Fetch! Pet Care will retain keys and any necessary access codes, properly secured, to Owner’s property until such time as Owner wishes the return of said keys and access codes. No additional fees will be incurred by Owner for the return or replacement of said keys, however there will be an $18 fee charged if Fetch! Pet Care must pick up or drop off the keys before or after the next service session. Keys will ONLY be returned in person to Owner, to Owner’s authorized representative, or by Certified Mail/Return Receipt. Fetch! Pet Care will not "leave" the key at the last visit of a session.
In the event of an emergency involving the health of any pet being cared for by Fetch! Pet Care, Owner hereby authorizes Fetch! Pet Care to obtain such emergency veterinarian care by veterinarian specified by Owner for Owner’s pet(s) as Fetch! Pet Care may deem necessary. Owner further authorizes Fetch! Pet Care to incur veterinarian costs in the name of Owner. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fetch! Pet Care from any liability arising from such veterinary charges. Owner may incur an additional cost if Fetch! Pet Care must transport pet(s) to veterinarian.
As further consideration for the services rendered, Owner agrees to waive and release Fetch! Pet Care and/or their representatives from any claim for injury, loss, and/or death of Owner’s pet(s) and from any claim for loss and/or damage to Owner’s property including, but not limited to, that caused by Owner’s pet(s). Fetch! Pet Care insurance company shall be wholly liable for all claims of injury, death, damage or loss to Owner’s pet or property.
For the safety of your pets and the security of our staff we ask that the Client inform us in writing of all individuals who will be on site while your pet is under the care of Fetch! Pet Care. To the extent third parties are present who have not been identified by the Client, the Client understands and authorizes the Fetch! Pet Care worker to take such security measures as they deem appropriate. Additionally, since any third parties on site will cause the Fetch! insurance coverage to no longer be valid, client releases and holds harmless Fetch! and its workers from any and all claims concerning the Client's property or pet in the event any known, unknown or undisclosed (i.e.not authorized in writing by the Client to Fetch! Pet Care) third parties are present on site.
Pet and home care fees will be incurred by Owner and will be charged by Fetch! Pet Care to Owner’s VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit card listed on their account at the completion of all said care listed on the Invoice. A $10 late fee will be incurred if amount owed is not received by Fetch! Pet Care within 10 days of Owner’s return and will continue each month thereafter until paid. For vacation services, a cancellation charge of 50% of first three days of assignment will be applied for assignments cancelled less than 48 hours of assignment starting date and 100% of the first three days of assignment if within 24 hours of start date. This same rule applies to recurring services that are cancelled within 48 or 24 hours respectively, but the charge will only be for the day cancelled. A one-time consultation charge of $20 will be applied if a consultation is made but the assignment cancelled. Services booked within 48 hours of starting date of request will require client to pay 50% of the invoice up front which is non-refundable. During busy Holiday periods (ie: Thanksgiving and Christmas) this 50% non-refundable charge and policy will apply to any services confirmed and or booked within 10 days of actual Holiday to guarantee dates requested.
To ensure every Owner receives top notch Pet Care each and every time they receive service from Fetch! Pet Care, Fetch! Pet Care makes finding and hiring quality pet sitters one of our most important and highest priorities. In such, it requires a large amount of expense, time, and resources for Fetch! Pet Care to find and keep quality, experienced pet sitters. Because of this, Fetch! Pet Care is not able to allow Owner's to hire those pet sitters outside of Fetch! Pet Care for work related to or not related to Pet Care without requiring a Placement and Referral Fee to be paid to Fetch! Pet Care by Owner. In such, if said situation takes place, Owner agrees to pay a Placement & Referral Fee to Fetch! Pet Care if Owner directly employs or signs an agreement with any Fetch! Pet Care Independent Contractor, former Independent Contractor, employee or former employee for a period of three hundred sixty five (365) days following the date which Owner last used said worker, contractor or employee for services rendered by Fetch! Pet Care. In such instances, Owner agrees to pay a fee to Fetch! Pet Care an amount of the greater of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500) OR the amount equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of all revenues generated by said worker in the previous three hundred sixty five (365) days from the date of said occurrence as a Placement and Referral Fee.
Any declaration of dissatisfaction with service and/or request for refund must be done within 15 days after completion of service. Refunds will be determined between both Owner and FETCH! and will be a reasonable amount.
