You are kindly invited to book your accommodation for the World Fair Trade Week 2015, taking place in Milan, Italy, from
23 to 31 May.

Starting from May 2015 Milan will host MILANO EXPO 2015, the Universal Exposition, so the city will be very crowded.
Once the available places will be fully booked, we will not be able to guarantee accommodation.

DEADLINE: Deadline for submission of booking form is the 30 of April 2015. The deadline can be moved up in case of total booking of the provided accommodations.

VALID BOOKING: Your booking will only become valid once we have received your booking form and the payment. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you on reception of your payment.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancelations before the 28th of February 2015 are free of charge (excluding bank charges). If you cancel your registration for the conference after the 28th of February 2015 but before the 17th of May 2015, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the payment received (excluding bank charges). After the 17th of May 2015, you will not be entitled to any refund.
