This Silver addendum adjusts the property management listing contract as follows:

* THE COMMISSION = 1 months rent for tenant placement.

Services include: Professional advertising, Tenant Screening, Standard 1 year lease, Move in services, Move in documentation & Photos as available.

** Upon Successful Lease Signing, the property Management Agreement automatically terminates without penalty to owner.

PLUS: 6 month tenant re-placement guarantee! If tenant defaults, or skips, manager will waive move in commission.
This Platinum addendum adjusts the property management listing contract as follows:

* THE COMMISSION = $1/2 months for tenant placement + 10% of the collected rent management fees, + NO SET UP FEES

Services include: Professional advertising, Tenant Screening, Standard 1 year CAR lease, Move in services, Move in documentation & Photos as available.

PLUS: Rental Analysis, Monthly Rent Collection, Contract Compliance services, Serving Notices, Pet Screening, Maintenance Coordination, Rent Increase Notices, Property emergency hotline, HOA Coordination, Online Accounting, Tax Statements, Semi Annual safety Certification.

PLUS: Tenant University with Certification, Eviction Protection up to $1500.
