ORDER PROCESS:
1. Send your order form
2. Wait for our confirmation and payment details thru Viber and/or DM
3. Settle your payment within 3 days and send your proof of payment thru Viber and/or DM
4. Wait for your order to be produced. It takes 2-3 working weeks production. Photo of the finished product will be sent before packing and shipping.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Orders will only be produced once payment has been settled. No proof of payment, no processing of orders. We require full or partial payment upon ordering. All balances shall be settled before we ship-out your item.
Design/drafts will be sent within 48hrs after payment.
2. Allow 2-3 working weeks lead time. No rush orders please :)
In some rare cases when there has been error on our production line (example: wrong base metal used; needs more polishing; needs replating) your order might take longer, rest assured we are working on your order :)
3. Tracking numbers are provided the next day.
4. Your order comes with a box and free polishing cloth.
5. We will not be held liable for any delay, loss or damage incurred while the item is in transit; it is beyond our control.
6. Gold and rose gold plated items are not non-tarnish, however, we do apply anti-tarnish coat so you'll enjoy our pieces for years. You can also have your jewelry repolished and replated anytime.
7. All transactions that are for repair or replate, client shoulders all shipping costs and labor charges.
