In any situation (not specific to the video), what is the required ammount of time that a referee must wait to stop the match after noticing a technical violation?

The above match is in the 3rd period. The wrestler in red (top) is down by 1 point. There have ben no stalling calls till this point in the match. Watch the situation and answer the questions that follow.
With the exception of 1 false start, the referee stopped the match 5 times. All 5 times was for the same reason.
What was the initial call for each of the five stoppages?
What was the reasoning for those calls?
Evaluate the stalling call at 1:06 into the video. When writing your evaluation consider the following: Too quick, too late, just right, wrong wrestler, shouldn't have been called at all.
Evaluate the referee's actions when speaking to the wrestler's after the 5th stoppage (1:23 into the video). Consider whether the conversation was proper/improper, necessary/uncessary.

Compare the 2 videos above. Both have similar situations from a neutral position with 1 wrestler getting behind the other and hands touching the mat. The first video was called a takedown and the second was not.
What is your opion of the two calls?
Compare the 2 videos above. Both have similar situations envolving a possible escape and subsequent controll. In thhe first video the escape was awarded followed by a takedown. In the second, the escape is not awarded and when the wrestler in gray regains control, no points are awarded.
Take a position for or against the call on the mat.
Compare the 2 videos above. Both involve a possible takedown where the attacking wrestler "pops his head" out. The first was ruled a takedown once the head was poped and the second wasn't.
Compare the 2 videos above. Both involve a possible takedown at the edge of the mat. The first video is ruled out of bounds before the takedown. The second is ruled inbounds and the takedown is awarded.
Evaluate this edge call. Was controll established prior to the wrestler's going out of bounds?
In the video above, a takedown is not awarded even though a western hook is applied and a cross body ride attained. Should a takedown have been awarded for the red wrestler prior to the finish of the headlock?
In the video above, a takedown is awarded followed by a quick reversal. Evaluate the call, and provide an argument for or against.
In the video above, a takedown is awarded followed by a quick escape (The takedown is awarded at the 0:09 mark of the video). Evaluate the call, and provide an argument for or against.
In the video above, a takedown is not awarded (0:23), a takedown is awarded (0:51) followed by a quick escape. Evaluate the calls, and provide an argument for or against.
Evaluate the timing of the takedown call in the above video.
Evaluate the "waved off" takedown (0:10). Should the referee have stuck with his orignal call?
Evaluate the "waved off" takedown (0:13). Should the referee have stuck with his orignal call?
Evaluate the scramble situation in the above video. Although a takedown was not awarded, there were three possible scenarios: the cradle at 0:22, the covered waiste at 0:29 , the throw (toes in) at 0:40. Should points have been awarded at any time in this scramble? Make sure to cover each scenariom in your answer.
In the video above, their are 2 calls of note. The first, the referee waives off a set of near fall points. The second, was a possible reversal at the edge of the mat.
Which of the following near fall citerea was the referee considering when he bagan his count?
From the perspective of the camera, should near fall have been awarded?
Evaluate the call on the edge of the mat. The call was no change of controll before they went out of bounds.
The coach's arguement became intense at the table. The intensity was due to the fact that at this point in the match, his wrestler was up by 7 points. With the current lead and the match over, explain why the coach would be fighting for these points.
Although the argument was intense and the coach questioned the referee's judgement, it was never malicious or out of line.
This was the third penalty in the match for Green (Stalling, Stalling, and Unnecessary Roughness). Explain why this was this not a 2 point penalty?
