TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering and participating in the Serengeti Safari Marathon I hereby agree and release and hold harmless all Serengeti Safari Marathon, corporate sponsors, cooperating organizations and any and all other parties connected with this event or associated events from any and all claims and causes of action that I or my representatives now have or may have in the future for personal injury, property damage, wrongful death or damages whatsoever occurring to me, arising out of my participation in the Serengeti Safari Marathon. Also by registering and participating in the Serengeti Safari Marathon I consent to the Serengeti Safari Marathon to photograph me (and/or the minor child(ren) on whose behalf I am consenting) and publish, distribute, disseminate such photographs in all forms of media, including without limitation printed, audiovisual and electronic media as may be seen fit by the Serengeti Safari Marathon and any other lawful purpose whatsoever.
