The time will depend on the lighting at the location type you choose. It will be between 2:30pm - 6:00pm. Please note: if there are no dates on the calendar that work for you, please send us a message with a date that works best and we will see what we can do.

Who will be attending the session? (Please include the number of people and the names/ages of all under 18s). This mini session offer cannot be used for wedding, newborn or birth sessions. All children must be at least 3 months + the session includes up to 6 people and pets, extras $15 each. Max 20 people/animals.

This booking includes an outdoor photography session and digital images. This non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your selected package total.Mini Sessions include up to 6 people. Additional guests or pets are $15 each. For extended family sessions (15+ people), please contact us directly.An invoice will be sent to the email address provided in this form and must be paid online at least 24 hours prior to your session (credit cards accepted). Payment plans are available upon request - simply email us to arrange this. Alternatively, you may choose to pay in full below.

Mini Sessions include photographs delivered via digital download + an outdoor session at one of our stunning Gold Coast locations.

After submitting this booking form, available time slots for your selected date and location will be confirmed via email.
Prior to your session, you will receive a session guide with location details, gallery information, and styling tips.
Following your session, you will receive a private online gallery to select your included images. Final edited photos will be delivered within 1–2 weeks of your gallery order being placed.
All clients are required to sign a model release form on the day of the session. Bentley Photography may use images for marketing purposes unless a privacy fee of $100 is paid prior to the session.
Package upgrades selected at the time of booking include discounted rates on additional session time and digital image collections. Upgrade pricing is only available during booking.
Additional digital images and print products may be purchased through your online gallery after the session. Extra digital images are $40 each, with collection upgrades available, including the full gallery (100+ images) for $700.
Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather with short notice if required. Client reschedules for illness or other reasons require a minimum of 24 hours notice and must be rebooked within 2 weeks, subject to availability.
All bookings include a non-refundable $50 retainer fee, which will be forfeited if the session is cancelled.
