After submitting this booking form, available time slots for your selected date and location will be confirmed via email.

Prior to your session, you will receive a session guide with location details, gallery information, and styling tips.

Following your session, you will receive a private online gallery to select your included images. Final edited photos will be delivered within 1–2 weeks of your gallery order being placed.

All clients are required to sign a model release form on the day of the session. Bentley Photography may use images for marketing purposes unless a privacy fee of $100 is paid prior to the session.

Package upgrades selected at the time of booking include discounted rates on additional session time and digital image collections. Upgrade pricing is only available during booking.

Additional digital images and print products may be purchased through your online gallery after the session. Extra digital images are $40 each, with collection upgrades available, including the full gallery (100+ images) for $700.

Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather with short notice if required. Client reschedules for illness or other reasons require a minimum of 24 hours notice and must be rebooked within 2 weeks, subject to availability.

All bookings include a non-refundable $50 retainer fee, which will be forfeited if the session is cancelled.
