  • ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday, February 2, 2026. Entries received after this date may be accepted with a late fee, at the discretion of the Games Committee. 

    PLEASE NOTE: To complete an online entry, you will be required to submit a credit card payment using PayPal. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account to complete a registration.

    While you are not required to list the ScotDance card number for each dancer below, you must ensure that each dancer presents a valid 2026 dancer card on the day of the competition.

    Please read the competition information sheet and all waivers carefully before filling out this registration form. By registering, you AGREE without exception to all terms, conditions and waivers (no need to bring signed copies).

    On the day of the competition, if you are feeling unwell, experiencing flu or Covid-like symptoms, please stay home.

    This competition may be cancelled at any time up to, and including during, the day of competition.

    • OHDA Membership

    • A $20.00 non-member fee must be paid for every dancer that is not a current OHDA member. The fee covers all dancers in one family for the duration of the weekend (i.e. if a fee has already been paid by the dancer for the Saturday competition, it does not need to be paid again). If any dancer(s) listed above is NOT a 2025-2026 OHDA member AND NOT competing in the Pre-Premier competition on Saturday, February 21st, please ensure that this is reflected in the fees below. Any dancers competing in the Premiership on the 21st who are not 2025-26 members, and will be competing in the Choreography competition, must pay the $20 non-member as well.

      PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering multiple choreographies in the same category (i.e. 3 duets), you must select the appropriate number in the box underneath marked "Quantity".  The system is not set up to do this automatically.

      IF YOU ARE REGISTERING A GROUP: Please add up the total number of dancers in the choreography and put this number in the box marked "Quantity". 

      IF YOU ARE REGISTERING MULTIPLE GROUPS: Please add up the total number of dancers across all of your groups and put this number in the box marked "Quantity".  For example, if you are registering a group of 7 dancers + a group of 4 dancers, please mark 11 in the box marked "Quantity".  The cost for a group entry is $6.00 per dancer.
