**PLEASE NOTE** Custom orders are high demand and fill quickly.

Starting January 1, 2015 Wicked FairyTale will be accepting a limited number of custom orders each month. To submit a request for a custom order, please complete the form below.

Custom order requests are accepted the entire month before the custom order will be completed or until custom order availability is filled.

Example: Custom Orders that are requested and accepted in December will be completed in January and so forth.

Please complete a separate form for each custom order request. For multiple custom orders requested by the same person, shipping will be combined in final balance if all orders are accepted.
**PLEASE NOTE**

Custom order requests are now OPEN. They will remain open until 8/30/18. I will be accepting, reviewing requests, and issuing quotes for custom order requests again on 10/1. After receiving your form, I will issue a quote and additional information on how to pay your invoice if you decide you want to move forward.

In addition, beginning January 1, 2015, deposits are no longer being accepted and full payment for custom orders is required up front. I apologize for any inconvenience.
