2. SEND DESIGNS/PHOTOS to zabdigitalprints@yahoo.com.ph or FB Page Zab Digital Prints.
3. SETTLE PAYMENT
Full payment is required for Personalized Pillows (Retail).
Order processing starts after the full/initial payment is confirmed. Please send your bank deposit slip or remittance receipt to our contact details to process your orders.
4. SHIPMENT/MEET-UPS/DELIVERY
Shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

NOTICE: The policies below apply only to the items from ZAB DIGITAL PRINTS. Make sure that you agree with these terms before placing your order.
NO RESERVATION
-All items are made to order. ***PAYMENTS FIRST POLICY APPLIES
MATERIALS
Pillow inserts are made from polyfiber.
Photos are printed on Silk fabric (permanent print- direct to garment). All Materials are washable.
IMAGE SIZE
*We prefer high-resolution (original) files to make fantastic prints. We accept JPEG or PNG files.
*We accept images through E-MAIL and FACEBOOK MESSENGER ONLY.
Images sent to us must be clear-not pixelated, at least 300 dpi for better results.
(Quality of printout depends on submitted photos.)
BASIC Photo enhancement and layout is free.
*Actual colors might have slight difference from the submitted photo due to Photoshop editing or the display on your computer monitor.

*Lead time: Within 7 workings days after payment (depends on the size) (except for bulk orders and holidays).
*Items may arrive earlier or later.
No shipments and processing on Sundays and Holidays.

Store Pickup every Mondays through Saturdays 11 AM-4 PM.
We accept Provincial and International orders.
NOTE: Shipping schedule may change at any time depending on stock availability and or delays due to production problems. We will notify you as soon as possible.
TRACKING
After sending your parcels, it is now your obligation to trace it. In the event that there may be delays, we will not be held liable for the delay as this is already on the courier’s part and is beyond our control. Please contact the courier or inform us to help you track the package.
To track your packages, please visit courier's websites and enter the Transaction/Reference Number provided.
You can Track your package around 24 hours after we update your order status, chances are that the details are not yet updated in their website.

RETURN and EXCHANGE
- We ensure that all items are in good condition and properly checked and packed before the shipment. Make sure that you are ordering the correct size and color. You are provided with all the necessary information. Please contact us for inquiries.
-If it is determined that there were errors in manufacturing the product, we will replace the defective merchandise. You must return the item within 7 days (you will shoulder the shipping fee) and wait for the replacement within 10 days. NO REFUNDS.
