    To apply your business must be based in the South West of England. Please return your application form by Friday March 3rd. We have a limited number of food & drink producer stands available and to ensure a good mix of stands we will inform you soon after the deadline if you have been successful. We then require the full amount for your stand. Please pay by BACS. Our bank details will be forwarded to you upon selection. NO CHEQUES PLEASE..

  • If you plan to cook on your stall or sell hot food to be consumed on site, including barista coffee traders you should apply for a STREET FOOD Pitch.  Do not use this form, please use our STREET FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION FORM.  Applications from Street food traders on this form will not be considered.

    Nourish Food, Drink & Craft Fair

    NOURISH FESTIVAL celebrates food, craft and music set in various venues in Bovey Tracey. Nourish Festival has been warmly embraced by the people of Bovey Tracey and we hope that you can join us this September. Nourish is a weekend of events designed to feed the body, mind and senses.

    The Nourish Food & Drink Fair will fill Bovey’s High Street on Saturday, September 9th with some of the region’s best food & drink producers and delicious street food.  We have a line up of street musicians to accompany the Food fair.

    We are extremely partial to a decent gin & tonic and we are delighted The Nourish Gin Festival will return this year. We want South West produces of artisan gin to gather for us all to enjoy at Nourish in September. Do you make gin? We want to hear from you!

    The Nourish Contemporary Craft Fair will be hosted in The Methodist Church Hall, showcasing beautiful craft from across the South West with craft demonstrations and other craft events will take place at The Devon Guild of Craftsmen.

    Nourish Festival is a community initiative led by awarding winning Craft Festival and The Cheese Shed.

    The Details: One day Event on Saturday September 9th. There will be 60 stands of the regions finest food & drink producers andd street food situated on the high street, and 15 craft stands from makers based in the South West (Glos, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Devon, Cornwall).  The Craft Fair will be presented in the Methodist Church Hall.  Regional and National media campaign with 3000++ visitors

    Please note: Pitches are 3mx3m, with no cover provided. Please bring your own gazebo or stand. The price includes catalogue entry, website entry and free parking. Please upload below copies of your public liability insurance, Level 2 Hygiene certificates and your risk assessment.
