My recent purchase could not have gone smoother without the help of Ryan and Tome! We were on a very short timeframe to complete the loan process due to the sell of our current home. They were not intimidated at all and provided me great confidence in my closing. In today's market, that in itself is miraculous. I know from experience how easily it can be for folks to take for granted all of the work that goes into getting a loan file from origination to closing. I could not have asked for a more efficient or smooth process. They were not simply providing financing, they were helping to provide a home and new start for our family.  I cannot thank them enough. They certainly have my endorsement and any referral that I can send them (which is probably the best way to show my gratitude).  To my unsung heroes of mortgage lending, I am most grateful!

After I did some research, I choose LenderFi to start my refinancing my investment property for its good price, good review, clear up-front-information.   People usually say these types of lenders lack people-to-people interaction as well as hand-holding. I think people-to-people interaction should not be limited to face-to-face meeting. My experience of communicating with LenderFi via email and phone is great and more efficient than face-to-face meeting. As for hand-holding, I have to say if you need a lot of hand-holding, this types of lenders might not be for you. It is not necessary the weakness of this type of lenders. It is simply determined by the nature of this type of lenders.   I don't need a lot of hand-holding and I have my documents well prepared and organized. I like this type of lenders so I can work efficiently and smoothly without being bothered by a lot of phone calls.   Things got a smooth and fast start. Then, there was a hiccup in appraisal report that is out of LenderFi's control. A new appraisal was needed and I happened to have a two-weeks international business trip around closing time .... I knew it would be way beyond the rate lock period and thing seemed to get anything but smooth. The guy handling my case, Tome, understood the situation and my anxiety very well and helped to resolve the issue timely and calmly. He ensured my locked rate was protected even way beyond the lock period. He arranged the closing around my travel plan. In the end, the loan was closed successfully and I am happy with the experience.

I got a same-day response to my online loan application submission, with a follow-up phone call. Every subsequent email and phone call we answered within the hour. Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If/when I need my next loan, I will not hesitate to reach back out to him and LenderFi.

Very highly recommended. I just filled half of the form and was in dilemma whether to buy or not. Amber called me and sort out all my illusions and dilemmas by telling me exact approximately payments I will be having. apart from that very good competitive rates. cooperative in each and every sense. recommended to few friends and they are already in process with them.

We've used Lenderfi twice now and can highly recommend them as very easy to work with, trustworthy, great rates, and providers of great service. All our work was done online, with quick turn around. All we had to do was show up and sign, and everything else was taken care of for us. Will use them again for all mortgaging needs and recommend to our friends.

Can't say enough positive things about LenderFi... Professional and accountable, Amber backed up every word with action. I was even told by the person that did my last two loans that the deal was better than anything they could get for me locally. Ambber bent over backwards to insure everyone involved was on board and up to date. In the end I paid thousands less up front, got a lower interest rate and even closed almost 2 weeks earlier than my local source. I would recommend Abmer and her team to anyone.
