Rules, Penalties, and Insurance
Vendor Spaces are 10’ x 10’. Vendors MUST supply their own table, chairs and canopy. Booth sharing is prohibited. Electricity is not available.
Hand trucks or carts are recommended. There will be no driving on the grass to unload.
A 25% non-refundable processing fee applies for space cancellations after June 1, 2019. No refunds will be given for cancellations after June 15th.
- Tear down before 8:30 p.m.: $200 PENALTY
- All Vendors not completely off the park grounds by 10:30 p.m.: $300 PENALTY
- Booth space not clean: $500 PENALTY. The leaving of any trash, card board boxes, etc are included in this penalty and will be billed after event.
All merchant vendors MUST provide proof of insurance. If you do not have insurance, you can purchase special event insurance through this: http://www.actinspro.com/event-policy-coverage. REQUIRED: The three entities below MUST BE NAMED as “Additional Insured” on the policy:
