Contract agreement for DJ services on EVENT DATE, by and between (CLIENT), and William A. Locke .

In consideration of the agreements contained within this contract, both parties do agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. CLIENT engages William Locke to provide DJ Services. The service to be performed at LOCATION.

2. William Locke agrees to provide a DJ Service for the aforementioned client at stated LOCATION.

3. The DJ Service shall consist primarily of providing musical entertainment by means of a recorded music format.

4. William Locke agrees to skillfully render his professional services and is at all times to have complete control of his program.

5. The DJ Service shall be provided and accepted on the DATE noted below.

6. In consideration of the DJ Service to be rendered by William Locke, CLIENT agrees to the following payment terms/amounts:

c. Method of payment: The deposit is due at the time of this signed agreement. Remaining balance due one week prior to the event date. All payments must be made in cash or online. Online payments can be made at www,metrodetroitdj.rocks with a credit or debit card.

7. William Locke reserves the right to display any photographs captured and/or video recorded at this event as samples of his work for the purposes of window and showroom exhibit, advertising, promotion on the internet, publication, instruction and professional competition.

8. Outdoor Events: If your event takes place outdoor DJ must be provided with access to power outlet at least a 6 foot banquet table with adequate shelter.

By electronicly signing this document I, the client verifys that all the above imformation is correct and agrees to the terms.
