Gary W. Bussard was born and raised in Olney, Illinois. He graduated with a degree in Sports Management from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri and attended on basketball scholarship. He also completed graduate studies at Maryville University in St. Louis with an emphasis in Business Marketing.
Pulaski Bank Home Lending Olivette branch is led by Gary W. Bussard, Branch Manager. Mr. Bussard is a 19 year veteran of the mortgage, banking and real estate services industry.
In 1991, Gary Bussard founded Residential Building Services, a full service home inspection company, and after three successful years of developing the real estate home inspection service company, Mr. Bussard pursued the mortgage brokerage industry forming "Residential Mortgage Consultants". After 13 years of operating these two businesses, "Residential Mortgage Consultants" was acquired by Envoy Mortgage as a mortgage banking firm. In addition, Mr. Bussard invested time and financial resources in mortgage computer programs, including Mortgage Returns of which is custom to many national and local mortgage company and banks.
His entrepreneur ambitions continued in 2005 when Gary completed his real estate broker license. In 2006 he founded and started Corporate Square Executive Suites, a full service office suites and business center company.
As an "outsider" starting his business in St. Louis, Gary learned the importance of "strategic networking". This vital skill has positioned his business to be "referral only".
Gary has held his Missouri real estate license since 1986, Missouri mortgage broker license since 1993, and Missouri real estate broker license since 2005. He is currently an active member of the MAMB and NAMB (Missouri and National Mortgage Brokerage Associations), the Missouri and St. Louis Board of Realtors and Womens Counsel of Real Estate Professionals.
In June of 2008, Gary was recognized in an article in the Broker Magazine as being one of the top 30 Mortgage Broker Producers in the country. In 2009, 2010 and 2011 was Envoy Mortgage's national #1 top producer.
Prior to starting his real estate and finance career, Gary spent 7 years in marketing and sales in the computer and construction trades industries. Gary is also an active investor in residential and commercial real estate with properties located in Missouri, Florida and Colorado.
Gary resides in Creve Coeur with his wife, Kim Bussard, children Haley, Mackenzie and Bryce. Both Gary and Kim are actively involved with their three children and their extracurricular activities and achievements, which include Horseback Riding, Basketball, Tennis, Golf and Snow Skiing. Gary and Kim are also involved actively and financially with a number of local charities and fundraisers.
