The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us get to know you better. Remember, this is the beginning of a relationship with us as your potential puppy's breeder. We want to match you with the right puppy, taking your lifestyle and preferences into account.

A $700 deposit is required to secure a place on our waitlist. This deposit is fully refundable only in the event that we are unable to provide you with a puppy.
