Setup time starts at 9am, ends at 11am. Breakdown at 4pm.
**as of 2/2 we are full of craft, non-Jeep vendors. We are looking for more auto/car/jeep/4x4 related vendors, and food.**
This vendor application is a requirement to be a vendor with 4Lo Events LLC. Once reviewed and approved, 4Lo Events LLC will send an invoice with the fee for spot within 5 business days. If not approved, we will email you to let you know.
Fee must be paid within 7 - 14 days. If more time is needed, please let us know. If no response, we will look for another same type of vendor.
We do not duplicate vendors at our events. This is a family friendly event with vendors and kid friendly activities. By registering as a food truck or vendor, you certify that you carry the proper licenses, permits, and insurance.
Once approved, payments are to be paid via card or ACH payment through Square. We will send you an invoice for payment. If you would like to pay via another method reach out to us. We do not accept PayPal friends and family, Venmo (friends) or Zelle due to scammers that use those methods. 4Lo Events LLC (Tamara or Paul) is the only organizer for this event!

Prices:
- Craft/Handmade/Vendor - $50 includes 10x10 spot. A $25 basket donation for the raffle table is recommended. (Not Jeep specific)
-Jeep Vendors (sell products, parts or service for Jeeps/cars) - $100 includes 10x10 spot plus a space for 1 show vehicle. A $50 basket donation for raffle table is recommended. Need a bigger spot for your setup? We can provide 2 spots ($200), mention it in the comments.
-Food trucks - contact us (You must secure any permits required by the town)
-Food vendors (not a truck) - $75 (You must secure any permits required by the town)
-Kid Activities, Adult/Kid Games - $0
A portion of fees will benefit the Hamilton Police Civic Association (Hamilton Police Unity Tour).
Promotion of event:
This event will be advertised on Facebook, Facebook groups, sponsored ads, our website, Instagram, Eventbrite, and paper flyers. We also ask you to please share this event and let your followers know about the event. We will tag your business in the Facebook event! Feel free to post in the event page. FYI:
You must provide your own electricity, tables, chairs, and tent.
No trailers are to be parked next to your booth.
Vehicles must park elsewhere (spectator parking or street parking). Only exception is show Jeeps.

*Local handmade & Jeeps/4x4 geared vendors and auto-related vendors get preference.
*Refunds only one month before event 3/15/22
