Terms and Conditions:
1. Bookings:
Slots available will be mentioned on our instagram account @AdsOnlinePh. Posting of advertisements will always commence every next week's Monday/Saturday if fully paid and/or unless stated otherwise. If you are going to avail '1 POST', the posting of your ads will be done on the same day the payment is received.
(Ang mga available na slots ay babanggitin sa aming instagram account @AdsOnlinePh. Ang pag-post ng advertisements ay magsisimula ng Lunes/ Sabado ng susunod na linggo kapag nakapagbayad na at/o sa ibang pamamaraan na nakasaad. Kapag naman '1 Post' ang iaavail, ang pagpost ng ads ay sa mismong araw na natanggap ang bayad.)
2. Rates:
a. Regular Advertisement:
i. 1 POST - Same day posting (Posted on the same day of payment) - Php 30.00
ii. 5 POSTS - Monday to Friday (Posting once a day) - Php 100.00
iii. 10 POSTS - Monday to Friday (Posting 2x a day) - Php 150.00
iv. 15 POSTS - Monday to Friday (Posting 3x a day) - Php 220.00
v. 6 WEEKEND POSTS - Saturday to Sunday (Posting 3x a day) - Php 250.00
vi. 7 PRIMETIME POSTS - Monday to Sunday (Posting once a day in between 5pm - 11pm) - Php 250.00
vi. 21 POSTS - Monday to Sunday (Posting 3x a day) - Php 400.00
b. Extended Advertisement (Posting commences every Monday):
i. 14 days Unlimited Posting - Php 550.00
ii. 21 days Unlimited Posting - Php 750.00
iii. 28 days Unlimited Posting - Php 950.00
iv. 56 days Unlimited Posting - Php 1,850.00
3. Advertisement Process:
Step 1. Once this form is submitted, wait for our reply within 24 hours via WeChat/Email.
(Kapag ang form na ito ay naisumite na, hintayin ang aming Email/ mensahe sa WeChat sa loob ng 24 oras.)
Step 2. Once we instructed to proceed with payment. Payment should be made strictly within two days after our confirmation.
(Kapag natanggap na ang aming reply, maari ng magbayad. Ang pagbabayad ay maari lamang gawin sa loob ng 24 oras. )
Step 3. Once payment is made, send a photo of the deposit slip or the details of proof of payment as well as all your advertisement photos via WeChat /Email (STRICTLY NO PROOF OF PAYMENT, NO POSTING OF ADS). Wait for the confirmation of payment within 24 hours.
(Kapag nakapagbayad na, ipadala ang litrato ng deposit slip o detalye ng patunay na nakapagbayad na kasama ang mga advertisement photos sa WeChat/ Email. Kapag walang patunay na nakapagbayad na, walang ipopost na ads. Hintayin lamang na macheck ang bayad sa loob ng 24 oras.)
Step 4. Once payment is confirmed, we will send a WeChat/ email confirmation that we received your payment and photos. Then, just sit back, relax and wait for the booked start date as we will do the advertising for you by posting your advertisements on our instagram @AdsOnlinePh. Your account will be tagged on the first advertisement post as a signal that we have commenced the posting of your advertisement.
(Kapag nacheck na namin ang bayad na ginawa, magpapadala kami ng mensahe sa WeChat/ Email na natanggap na namin ang inyong bayad at mga litrato. Hintayin na lamang ang aming pagpost ng inyong advertisements sa aming instagram @AdsOnlinePh. Ang inyong account ay ita-tag sa unang advertisement post na senyales na nagsimula na ang aming pagpost ng inyong advertisement.)
4. Photo requirements:
a. For Regular Advertisement
i. 1 POST - Since this is only for one posting, submit only one photo, it doesn't matter if the photo is a collage, as long as it is only one photo in square format via WeChat/ Email).
(Dahil meron lamang itong isang post, magpasa lamang ng isang litrato, kahit nakacollage, basta isa lang at naka square format sa WeChat/ Email. )
ii. 5 POSTS, 6 POSTS and 7 PRIMETIME POSTS - Submit a maximum of FIVE photos in square format via WeChat/ Email.
(Magpasa ng limang litrato na naka square format sa WeChat/ Email. )
iii. 10 POSTS, 15 POSTS, 21 POSTS - Submit a maximum of EIGHT photos in square format via WeChat/ Email.
(Magpasa ng walong litrato na naka square format sa WeChat/ Email. )
b. For Extended Advertisement - Submit a maximum of TEN photos in square format via WeChat/ Email.
(Magpasa ng sampung litrato na naka square format sa WeChat/ Email. )
c. Only PLEASANT and YOUR OWN photos will be accepted. Photos that are unpleasant or contains nudity/ illegal drugs/ screen captured from others and photos of celebrities* grabbed from the internet are not allowed.
(Ang mga litratong kaaya-aya at iyong sariling kuha lamang ang tatanggapin. Ang mga litratong hindi kaaya-aya o naglalaman ng kahubdan/ pinagbabawal na gamot/ ini- screen shot at mga litratong ng celebrities* na nakuha lamang sa internet ay hindi tatanggapin)
*The use of celebrities/bloggers' photos are permitted subject to the condition that you will provide a proof that the celebrity is indeed endorsing your product/item and is referring to your online shop/ instagram account (e.g. the celebrity posted that product/ item in their account and tagged you).
(*Ang paggamit ng litrato ng mga celebrities/ bloggers ay pwede kung magbibigay ng patunay na ineendorso nga talaga ng celebrity ang iyong produkto at talagang tinutukoy ang iyong online shop/ instagram account, halimbawa, nagpost ang celebrity sa kaniyang account ng iyong produkto at nakatag ang iyong account.)
5. Caption requirements:
Submit only ONE caption* meeting the following requirements:
a. For Instagram Online Shops:
i. less than or equal to 160 characters
ii. no emoticons
iii. no hashtags
iv. limit to 3 @ mentions
b. For Personal Accounts:
i. Item to sell
ii. Price
iii. Package
iv. Condition
v. Warranty
vi. Instagram username
vii. Contact number
viii. Reason for selling (RFS)

6. Additional charges:
If unsure, please feel free to ask, send a query thru WeChat or Email before submitting this form. Once the form is submitted, the booking is final.
(Kapag hindi sigurado, magtanong lamang sa WeChat/ Email bago ipasa ang form na ito. Kapag naipasa na ang form, hindi na maaring baguhin ang booking)
Any request to change the booking / add photos/ change the caption will be subjected to an additional charge of Php 100.00 per booking request.
(Kapag gustong papalitan ang booking/ magdagdag ng litrato/ baguhin ang caption ay magkakaroon ng dagdag bayad na Php 100.00 kada pagbabago)
7. Posting Timeline:
a. Online Shop - A post will be deleted from @AdsOnlinePh's timeline after it has been posted for two weeks.
(Buburahin ang post sa aming instagram account @AdsOnlinePh kapag nagtagal na ang post sa account ng dalawang linggo)
b. Personal Account - A post will be deleted from @AdsOnlinePh's timeline after it has been posted for four weeks.
(Buburahin ang post sa aming instagram account @AdsOnlinePh kapag nagtagal na ang post sa account ng apat na linggo.)
