We offer private lessons in piano, voice, violin, flute, clarinet, drum,  guitar and other instruments by request.

In a private lesson, a student gets valuable one-on-one time with the teacher. Weekly lesson times are arranged at a convenient time for both the teacher and the student. Lessons are 30, 45, or 60 minutes in length. Each student is given the opportunity to perform in a recital during each semester.

Lessons are taught at our studio at 1000 Union Chapel Rd. E. Northport, AL 35473.

In-home lessons are available upon request.  When available, a teacher travels to the student's home.  This service is assessed a $5 travel surcharge per trip and it covers up to 4 consecutive students in the same home per trip. To inquire, please contact the director.

SCHEDULE

Your tuition covers 16 weekly lessons and the opportunity to perform in the Spring recital. Lessons during the Spring semester follow the academic school year, from January to May. Lessons will begin when the Tuscaloosa City School System starts back. A schedule listing the actual days of instruction will be sent home at the first lesson.

- Level Two Instructors (carefully selected instructors with more than 3 years experience)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Registration is not complete and lesson times will not be assigned until payment is received. Tuition may be paid in full or in five installments.

If paying by credit card, select your preferred plan at the bottom of this form before clicking submit. The form will take you to Paypal to complete your payment process.   Full tuition will be paid with registration.

If opting for Full Payment by check, your check is due at the time of registration. Musical Beginnings will hold requested lesson day/time for two week days to allow for payments to be received via U.S. Mail.

If opting for installments by credit/debit card, you will recieve a separate invoice with instructions to set up recurring payments.

If opting for Installment Plan by check, all checks are due at the time of registration. Date the checks for the 1st of the month, January through May.  All five checks must accompany the registration.  Musical Beginnings will hold requested lesson day/time for two week days to allow for payments to be received via U.S. Mail. 

Note: Each installment represents tuition payment for 1/5th of the total tuition for the semester, not for the lessons of any particular month, as there are not an equal number of lessons in each month.

AGREEMENT

By submitting this registration form, I understand and agree that Musical Beginnings reserves the right to discontinue a student at anytime, with a refund of the remainder of the tuition.

By submitting this registration form, I understand and agree that my child's enrollment in Musical Beginnings with the tuition commitment is for the duration of the school year in which (s)he is enrolled. The payment plan is for my convenience, and regardless of any decision to withdraw or discontinue with Musical Beginnings, I agree that I will be responsible for the cost of the full tuition after the first class or lesson.  I understand if my child moves to a different town at least 20 miles from downtown Tuscaloosa, I will be refunded all of my child's unused tuition after I notify and show proof to Musical Beginnings in writing

If paying by check, I understand that I must include 9 checks dated the 1st of each month, August - April. Checks will be cashed on the first of each month. Service charge for returned checks is $30. All checks should be made payable to Musical Beginnings.
