By registering for class, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Cancellations made by the registrant 8 days or more prior to the start date of class will receive a refund, minus the $50.00 cancellation fee. This holds true for both in-person and classes held virtually.

Cancellations made by the registrant one week or less before the start date of class will receive no refund, though you may reschedule for a future scheduled class of the same kind (when available).

Classes are held in our live, interactive virtual classroom. To protect the privacy of our students, as well as the intellectual property contained within our class sessions, and to encourage live class attendance, virtual classes are not recorded.

If a course cancellation is made by Flutterby Birth Services, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

If you are registering for a multi-week series and cannot attend one or more sessions, you may attend that week in the following course series, depending on timing in relation to your estimated due date.

There are no refunds or partial refunds for a student missing any class dates.

Class materials that are delivered via USPS Priority Mail will be tracked. Once delivery is confirmed by USPS, the transaction is complete on Flutterby's end. Should the class materials be lost, stolen, or otherwise missing after delivery has been confirmed, it is the students' responsibility to pay for a replacement copy (and associated postage).

Persons following any tool or course of action described in class or in class materials do so of their own free will and assume all responsibility. Flutterby Birth Services, LLC assumes no responsibility for any outcomes or complications relating to the pregnancy or labor/birth of the student/participant.
