2. Why do people use shortcuts?
Some short cuts can speed up our work process, and help us be more productive.
3. Why might some kinds of short cuts be dangerous?
The work process we use has been established by use of certain construction methods. Short cuts usually modify methods and as a result, decrease the safety built into proven methods.
4. What are some ideas to keep in mind when doing short cuts?

Short cuts can really hurt our customers and our profits. We would never want to sacrifice safety or quality for the sake of time on a job site.

Remember: Although we all use short cuts in our daily routines, we must be aware of the dangers that short cuts expose us to. There are many different ways to perform a work task. Often the safe way is not the fastest or easiest way.
