TEAM ENTRIES

• Teams may enter only one routine per category

• Teams must be comprised of male/female couples.

• Please calculate your division using the worksheet. You can use this same calculation for Gem State.

• If you want to pay the $5 admission fee for your team dancers in one payment instead of them each purchasing that individually, you can send a Venmo payment, credit card, or a team check. If you would like a Paypal invoice, please contact us.

I have read and understand the costume guidelines. I understand that if my team's costumes are in violation of the guidelines, the team will be disqualified. I understand that I can send in a picture of the costume for approval previous to the competition, or I can have it approved at the competition.*
