Deposits are non-refundable unless we receive your cancellation at least 28 days prior to your party booking date. Cancellation by us on the day due to unforeseen circumstances, to include equipment or vehicle breakdown, would result in a full refund of your deposit plus payment up to a maximum of 50% of the booking cost. By completing the booking form and paying a deposit you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
