Incoming students looking to transfer credits must have already deposited and have an active UNI. UNIs are typically generated a week after the deposit is made.
The deadline to submit the form is the final day of the add/drop period of your first semester.
Please note the following regarding requesting transfer credits:
- Transfer credit must have been earned within five (5) years of matriculation (the term year you begin at CSSW), and within four (4) years for Statistics.
- Courses that were credited toward another degree, cannot be transferred.
- A maximum of nine (9) transfer credits can be granted for a combination of both required and elective courses.
- No more than six (6) credits may be for electives.
- Only graduate-level courses can be transferred.
- For required courses T660A-B Human Behavior Social Environment A and B, T6501 Social Work Research, and T6801 Social Welfare Policy, credits can only be transferred from an accredited graduate school of social work.
- Only Statistics can be transferred from undergraduate or graduate-level coursework.
- You must have earned a grade of B or better in the course for which you wish to receive credit.
- A syllabus for each course must be uploaded via the form below. Please note you can only upload .pdf, .doc, and .docx files.
- We must have the course syllabus and an official transcript from the school before we can review your transfer credit request.
