Policies & Procedures
To ensure that the American Institute of Natural Health (AINH) provides each student with a rewarding and professionally relevant experience, we have established the following policy and guidelines.
Prerequisites: Completion of a high school education or equivalent is required. Must read and speak English proficiently. Classes are conducted entirely in English.
Professional Standards/Code of Ethics: Students are expected to demonstrate professional and ethical behavior. Students are also expected to participate in the “Practical Application” unless contraindications exists. Please notify us at the time of registration if you cannot participate in this extremely valuable portion of our instruction.
Payment: Class Fee is $2,295.00 A deposit of $500.00 is required upon application (or payment in full if application is within four weeks of class). The total class fee of $2,295.00 must be paid in full prior to class start in order to receive mailed pre-class materials. We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks and Visa/Mastercard/Discover. Please contact 623-582-4950 with your credit card information or complete a credit card authorization form.
Acceptance: Upon completion of application and payments, we will notify participants via email or mail of acceptance.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Written notice of cancellation must be received within three (3) days of the date signed on agreement for full refund. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is received within seven (7) days of the class start date. Funds may transferred a subsequent class within one (1) year of signed original agreement. If AINH has to cancel the class due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances, AINH will transfer funds to a subsequent class to be held within one year of original signed contract. AINH will not reimburse funds. AINH is not responsible for fees accrued from travel/transportation cancelations. Applicable refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation request. AINH is not responsible for any fees associated with cancellation or change.
Important Notes:
- AINH is not liable or responsible for personal items lost or stolen at any time during participant’s attendance onsite, at hotel otherwise.
- Do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the class.
- Recordings of any type are not permitted during any session of the class.
- Students may not have a guest attend any portion of the class.
- Casual, but appropriate, attire is required.
- A light wrap is recommended.
To fulfill AINH’s commitment to provide our students with the highest quality of education opportunity possible, the school may modify the content and/or schedule in order to improve curriculum.
Dismissal Policy: Students demonstrating disruptive, unprofessional, unethical behavior will be dismissed form the class. No refund will be made to participants who are dismissed.
