• Dear BEEuser,

This interactive troubleshooting has been designed to help you solve any issue that may arise with your BEE printer.

We will be improving it continuously, so that eventually you will not need to request our support. However, in those situations where the troubleshooting does not solve the issue, you’ll be asked to submit a report form with all the relevant information. And we will do our best to provide you with a prompt response.

    Thank you.

  • Does your printer switch on now?*
  • You can verify on this link: https://www.java.com/verify

  • Is a Beta version of BEESOFT being used?*
  • Should a Beta version of BEESOFT be in use, some issues may arise, in which case we’d be very grateful for feedback via:customer_service@beeverycreative.com

The latest stable non-Beta version of BEESOFT can always be installed, which should solve any issue. Please find it here:https://beeverycreative.com/beesoft/

Should you have any more questions, just let us know. Thank you!

  • Should whatever you’ve printed not correspond to what was expected, please browse through the modelling guidelines for 3D printing - they may help find a solution. You may also inspect your model for errors and automatically correct them with tools such as MeshMixer.

Please describe your problem further and attach the 3D model in question in STL format.

  • Please indicate the type of issue:*
  • In case the blower is not working (see the following image), run the filament loading wizard, wait for printing and check if there’s air being pushed out of the blower by using a small piece of paper with around 5cm x 0.5 cm (2 in. x o0.2 in.). Be careful not to touch the extruder.

  • Is the small piece of paper moving or not moving at all?*
  • Access the filament loading wizard in BEESOFT and wait until the temperature tops out. Next, get a strand of PLA around 10 cm (4 in.) long and press it to the extruder nozzle.

  • Does the PLA melt?*
  • Does the issue persist?*
  • We are glad your issue has been solved. Should you have any questions, just let us know.

    Thank you!
