Videos submitted have a guaranteed lifespan on UGC TV of 90 days before the content is removed. As long as YouTube approves the content for YouTube, that video will be accepted on UGC TV, regardless of length, style or content.

YouTube is 100% user-generated content, so this business model is already proven. The TV-watching audience is getting bored with content from the big box boys.
