Wayside's Development & Marketing Department is here to help staff promote their programs, special events and activities. We are able to develop flyers, invitations, brochures, online content, social media and more.
To ensure consistency and professionalism, the Marketing Department must be informed about all promotional activities prior to development and must review all materials prior to sending out. Examples of promotional material include: newsletters, flyers, websites, social media channels and more.
The purpose of this form is to allow staff to request help on developing and editing promotional materials:
1. To request new and updated marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and invitations;
2. To submit new and updated content for Wayside's social media channels and website (for example, to promote an upcoming event on Wayside's Facebook page or website);
3. To request Wayside branded "swag" for promotional use, such as to give away at conferences, community events and public meetings;
4. To "stock up" Wayside public spaces like lobbies and offices with pens and other items.
Please allow at least one week for your request to be approved and completed.
